Kathmandu, January 8
Former Nepali national football team striker Santosh Sahukhala scored his 100th A Division League goal during a fixture between Chyasal Club and Nepal Police Club at the Dasarath Stadium.
The 32-two-year-old striker scored his 100th goal during the 17th minute of the match after Nepal Police goalie Satrughan Chaudhary failed to stop a rebound by the former star footballer. Shahukhala debuted in the league in 2003 when he played for Three Star Club. Since then, he has played for APF, Manang Marshyangdi and Abahani Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Shahukhala now lives in Japan and comes to Nepal to play the league.
